Georgia and Ashley chose the Old Royal Naval College in London for their celebration.
The Chapel of St Peter and St Paul was the ceremony location. You don’t need to add much when a space is naturally this breathtaking but we chose to add two tonal cloud-like urns of blooms to frame the altar for the nuptials. Guests then moved onto the Colonnades for post-ceremony drinks before making their way into the Painted Hall for the reception.
The Painted Hall is one of the most breathtaking spaces to create in. We wanted to accentuate the natural beauty of baroque walls and ceilings so opted for a low tablescape with an ombré floral design of warm complementary tones. We added a central bar to break up the room slightly, and to be a hub for the ‘Dreamers Club’ after party. To dress the bar we decided to add a 15 foot mega floral urn which was our statement design piece. Guests could not believe their eyes as they walked into the space!
After dinner, we opened the upper Painted Hall for the first dance and after party. We chose to brand this as ‘Dreamers Club’ and the space featured a merch stall which was immediately ransacked by guests,
