A marquee was always in the books for this couple’s wedding in Normandy. The structure resembled a greenhouse with its sturdy frame and glass ceiling, which allowed natural light to bounce around the marquee once built. When it comes to marquee weddings, you have a blank canvas for your design, and this marquee was no exception. The colour palette featured white tones, deep greens, a subtle essence of pink, bold blacks and opulent gold. Overall, it gave us a classic and regal design for a black-tie wedding. The marquee was perfectly positioned, featuring trees in the background and the perfect view of the garden, which tied in seamlessly with the greenery-draped structure of the marquee. The sunset during dinner was only enhanced by the chandeliers and candles, which adorned the space creating a feeling of warmth and intimacy. They ended the night with performances from drag queens (how amazing!) and incredible music, which kept guests on the dance floor until the bitter end of this fantastic day.
